Who we are

Ironpath Interactive (ABN 60 802 475 745) is a fractional growth and paid media consultancy based in Newcastle, NSW, working with brands across Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you use this website or contact us.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — when you submit the contact or enquiry form, we collect your name, business email, and the details you share about your growth challenge and media spend.
• Usage data — we use analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and approximate location. This Google may process device identifiers, cookies, IP addresses and website activity under its privacy terms.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss working together.
• To improve the site and understand which content is useful.
• To meet legal or regulatory obligations if required.

We do not sell your information. Google receives permitted website tracking data for the purposes described below.

Advertising and cookie choices

We use Google Tag Manager to deliver Google Ads website tracking for advertising measurement and optimisation. Depending on the tags configured in the container, Google may receive page visits, device and cookie identifiers, approximate location and advertising interactions. This installation does not send enquiry names or email addresses for customer matching, and does not enable remarketing.

Where consent is required, or your location cannot be established, tracking stays off until you accept. Elsewhere it may run without a banner, unless you refuse or an applicable browser privacy signal opts you out. Analytics and advertising choices are separate. You can reject as easily as accept and withdraw or change your choices using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

Your browser stores a random visitor reference, the time and region of each choice, and the version of the notice you saw. Earlier acceptance records are retained when you withdraw. Withdrawal stops future tracking; it does not remove data already received by Google. Clearing browser storage removes your saved choices. Google may process information outside Australia; see Google’s privacy policy.

Where it's stored

Enquiry details are stored securely in our website database and emailed to chuck@ironpathinteractive.com.au. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own privacy terms. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to manage the relationship.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email chuck@ironpathinteractive.com.au and we'll action it promptly.
